 The Modern Access Control System offers an easy, reliable,
effective and comparatively low cost way of securing an entrance or exit by authenticating
and regulating the flow of employees, visitors, vehicles entering in and out of the
premises. The system can be interfaced with Time and Attendance also to automatically
update the payroll related record, if such an option exists in the system. For access
control systems to be effective it is imperative that all the entry and exit points should
be covered by such a system. Since the cost of such equipment may be high,  it is important
to identify the minimum possible entry and exit points and seal/lock the rest. It is
possible that the access control systems are employed for sensitive areas only.
